Imagine Enjoying Your Dog Without Constantly Managing Them.
Imagine going for a walk without being pulled down the street.
Having someone come to the door without chaos.
Taking your dog into public and feeling confident about how they'll behave.
Calling them away from a distraction and knowing they'll respond.
Or simply relaxing at home without constantly wondering:
“What are they getting into now?”
You love your dog. That’s the easy part.
But life with them shouldn’t have to feel so difficult.
Training can open the door to something better.
Better communication.
More confidence.
Greater trust.
And ultimately, more freedom for both of you.
Training Customized for Your Dog. Not Just Their Problem.
Every dog who comes to me is different. Their personalities are different. Their history is different. And the life you want to live with them is different.
That's why my in-person training isn't built around a one-size-fits-all checklist.
For some people, training means a calmer dog at home.
For others, it means a dog they can confidently take almost anywhere - on trips, into public spaces, around distractions, and through everyday life.
For clients working toward service-dog-level reliability, training may also include advanced obedience, neutrality around people and dogs, public-access manners, and individualized skills based on the handler's needs and the dog's suitability.
Depending on your dog and your goals, we may work on:
Puppy Raising
Leash Manners
Recall
Place
Down
Impulse Control
Household Manners
Public Manners
Off-Leash Reliability
Jumping
Anxiety
Barking
Pulling
Reactivity
Boundaries
Service Dog Training
Public Access Training
Advanced Obedience
But we're not just trying to stop unwanted behaviors.
We're building a dog you know how to communicate with and can confidently enjoy in the real world.
My Approach Is Relationship-First.
I believe loving your dog and leading your dog belong together.
I use play to build the relationship and form connection, food to teach new behaviors, then layer in accountability through fair corrections using appropriate training tools.
The goal isn't control for the sake of control.
It's clarity.
I want your dog to understand what's expected of them - and I want you to understand how to communicate those expectations fairly and consistently.
Because the end goal isn't a perfectly robotic, obedient dog.
It's a dog you can enjoy your life with.
IN-PERSON TRAINING OPTIONS
Board & Train
An Immersive Training Experience Built Around Your Dog
Your dog comes to stay and train with me in my home - not in a busy boarding facility.
That means we're able to work on behavior where life actually happens.
At home.
On walks.
Around everyday distractions.
Out in the world.

And because I only take three dogs at a time, I'm able to give each dog individualized attention rather than running a high-volume training program.
Programs Typically Run 3–6 Weeks
Most dogs complete a 4-week program, depending on their needs, history, and your goals.
Starting at
$1,400/week
Most 4-week programs: $5,600
Behavior Modification with Off-Leash Influence may require approximately 5 weeks / $7,000 depending on the dog.

The Training Doesn’t End When Your Dog Comes Home.
This is important.
I don't want to hand you a trained dog and leave you wondering:
“Okay... now how do I keep this going?”
For Board & Train clients, on the day of pick up, we'll have a thorough go home session to review what your dog has learned and teach you how to continue communicating with them at home.
Savanah will also send you home with detailed, personalized go-home notes so you have clear instructions to follow and can confidently continue the training at home.
You'll also receive lifetime access to follow-up support as a Board & Train client.
The support doesn’t end when your dog comes home.
You’ll have continued guidance to help you maintain the training, navigate challenges, and confidently keep moving forward together.

Real Dogs. Real Transformations.
“I genuinely enjoy walking Larry now, no pulling, no craziness.”
Larry came to Savanah as a young puppy. His owner described Savanah as wonderful and easy to work with - and said the experience eased her anxiety about leaving her puppy in Savanah's care.
“He walks off leash with us, we are able to take him into public without a worry and he has so much more freedom!”
That dog began as an incredibly high-energy, reactive dog.
That's what we're working toward.
Real change.
A dog you trust. A relationship you understand. And more freedom to enjoy life together.

Graduate Boarding is available exclusively to existing training clients, so your dog can stay in a familiar, structured environment that maintains their training and routine while you're away.

Graduate boarding begins at $85/day, based on your dog's size, with holiday surcharges where applicable.
Not Sure What Your Dog Needs?
You don't need to figure that out before reaching out.
Maybe you're dealing with reactivity.
Maybe your puppy is taking over your house.
Maybe your dog is wonderful at home but forgets everything they've ever learned once you leave the driveway.
Or maybe you're simply ready to stop managing the same behaviors over and over.
Let’s talk about your dog.
Tell me what's happening. Tell me what you've tried. And tell me what you'd love to be able to confidently do together.
I'll help you determine which training option makes the most sense from there.
Less Managing. More Living.
Clear communication. Reliable behavior. More freedom.
